This honour is awarded to the highest-performing vocational training centre across the entire state of Maharashtra, following a comprehensive evaluation of verified performance points, student enrolment strength, course delivery standards, academic consistency, and overall institutional excellence. Among all CBVSD-affiliated centres operating within the state, JSK Institute of Paramedical Science emerged as the top-performing institution at the state level.
